Compatibility
- Punches and dies produced by us are compatible with a wide range of National and International Tablet manufacturing machines like Cadmach, CLIT, RIMEK, FETTE, MANESTY, SEJONG, KILLIAN, and KORSCH.
- We produce punches and dies that are capable of fitting and functioning with most of the toolings available in the market, such as D, B, BB, BBB, and BBS.
Construction Material
- For Punches: Oil hardened non-shrinking steel (OHNS); grade of the steel AISI-01 S7 MOC of punches, grade of the steel AISI-S7.
- For Dies: High Chromium, High Carbon Steel (HCHC); grade of the steel: AISI-D3.
Delivery Period
We accept orders and deliver them within a fair timeframe, as stated below:
- Round shape punches: 3 weeks
- Caplets shape punches: 4 weeks
